Noisy but the location is great

The dog situation has gotten out of control, and the noise level has skyrocketed in the last six months

Great location and hassle free management

A great location right off Sunset blvd and super walkable to tons of great food, coffee shops, bars, and shops. Plenty to do in the area and on a great street. Management is very easy going and hassle free, have never had any complaints. It does get hot inside in the summer and its an older building, but overall a good living experience.
